Which Subject Area to Use When Generating Personal Information Details

Thanks for your response. However, the challenge is that anytime we use Workforce Management - Person Real Time, the report spools only the administrator's information only. Other staff information will not be included.

It means security is restricting you. You need to have the roles like HR View All to view all data. By default it will allow you to see only your own data or in case if you are a Line Manager then your own team's data.

Make sure you have the correct role. It should give you all data.
