The performance tile view is not refreshing for one user in PROD

Hi experts,
We have a case where the performance tile view is not refreshing for one user in PROD. It shows incorrect numbers but when the user clicks to drill to the report, it shows the "no result" message.
Could you please point me in the right direction on how it can be fixed?

Hi Volodymyr,
Have you tried clearing cache both browser & BI? If the issue still persisting after clearing cache, can you please check if you execute the report with the user what result it is giving in both summary & detailed level?
Also was that report previously working fine for the same user in both level? if there's different set of columns & subject area for the detailed report, there's a chance that data security is restricting.
