we have developed new OTBI report but when we Export analysis issue is occuring

Hi Team,

when we Export analysis > data > excel we get each row have person number, name some columns coming each row.

and we export another way like Export analysis >formatted we miss the some employees count.

could you please assit on .PFA and XML

    Hi @AjayKumar Maddipati , what do you mean when you say - 'we miss the some employees count.' ?

    From the screenshots you have provided the export feature seems to be doing the export as expected.

    for this way we Export analysis > data > excel we get each row have person number, name some columns coming each row with full count

    Can you try to change the Column properties for the columns where data is getting suppressed to 'Repeat' as shown below.

    Hi Ajay,

    If you want to export the data, and, then use it for further analysis, it is always better to export the raw data, i.e. un-formatted data.

    If you download formatted data, it will usually be formatted the way it is in the report. And it would suppress repeating data. This would be more suited for presentation purposeds. It would not be in a format suited for data analysis. As @Jahnavi-Oracle, suggested, you can choose the option Repeating to get data in each row.

    So it depends on what you plan to do with the data, after export.
