General question have if I move any another orginaization

Hi Team,

If future chance to move other organization from current one, how can i access my current cloud customer connect beacuse i have login through my current company email.

any one have idea with out loss of my creditability and my achiements in cloud connect.

    You can drop an email to cloudconnect-help_ww@oracle.com team and share the details of your new Org with the team. The team will help you to carry forward the same account to your new email.

    Hi, As a contractor I worked for multiple companies over time and sometimes at the same time. So my oracle.com / cloud customer connect account is registered with my own email rather than the email of the company I currently worked for. That way my history / points etc moves with me. Originally I had used a different email. I did do a process you can go through to get the email of your existing account changed but you may have to pause for a few day because it will go to oracle for approval again like when you first registered. But you keep the account. BTW If I need to raise service requests then I ask the admin of the support identifier of the client to approve my registration request to sign into support.oracle.com because that one is linked to licences of products purchased.
