Reference or summary page of ongoing scheduled reports

Use Case and Business Need

We have several reports scheduled at various times/days.  Rather than maintain this information separately, it would be beneficial to have a summary option available within the reporting tool that would allow me to see at a glance all of the reports that are currently on a recurring schedule.  This summary would include Report Name, Scheduled Time, and Recipients.

This would be phenomenal! Our team currently supports nearly 175 different scheduled reports for different end users and it is nearly impossible to effectively manage all of the reports seperately.

I'm looking to pull a list of all the scheduled reports.  Any insights on how to do this?  We have users who scheduled reports under his/her login and is now no longer with the company.  We need to find out such reports and stop the scheduling or reschedule.  It does not seem like we can view all the users scheduled reports as in Admin/Implementation user.  Any idea why?
