Request to enable an option in OBI to change the from Email id for system generated report

Use Case and Business Need

Hi Team,
We wanted to change the from email id for all the scheduled reports triggering from the system. Now the from Email id is showing as defaultuserobi@invalidemail.com .This is very very important and it needs to be changed immediately as our higher management has escalated on this .Have raised SR on this and Oracle support team have updated the SR saying to raise an enhancement request on this.

The problem with altering the from address is that it is subject to be marked as spam considering the sending server may not own the domain name from which the email was sent, thus spam blockers may mark it as a phishing attempt.

This being said, would Oracle provide the option to change the from address, the technical team of the owner of the email domain to which you'd like to change the from address will have to make additional changes to their MX records (the DNS records generally related to email) on their own servers, and know exactly what they're doing, otherwise it can break email flow entirely. This is not a simple change of Oracle flipping a switch.

This enhancement is badly needed. The entire use of the invalidemail.com domain is highly disliked by our clients and IT departments.
