Oracle need to enhance the reporting capability for Oracle HCM Core HR & Oracle HCM Talent Acquisition
Use Case and Business Need
Hi,
We all are aware that Oracle has provided Out-Of-the-Box Integrations between HCM Core HR & HCM Talent Acquisition for various entities between both the system and enhancing the same with Taleo 15B and Oracle Fusion HCM Rel 12, which is definitely going to address business users concerns about Salary Pay Basis, Worker Grades etc.
We are usually getting the requirement from clients that:
1. Can we access HCM Talent Acquisition Data and HCM Core HR in the same OBI report to analyze the most potential referral sourcing channels like, who referred the most efficient candidates which turned-out most potential employees for organization. The reason is OOTB does not support any referrer information to flow in HCM Core HR during the hiring of referrals which creates a vaccum of back tracking of referrals and referrer in a longer run.
2. Comparative analysis of Candidate to Employee Transformation and development of candidate post joining the organization.
I am sure others are also getting the same or different requests from the client which usually required the combined reporting capability from HCM Talent Acquisition and HCM Core HR and/or performance.
Please vote for the idea so that we can get some enhancements in this area as well.
