Ability to change Date Format of Prompt

Users need to be able to enter dates in prompts in different formats

Use Case and Business Need

Need the ability to change the format that a users enters a date into a run-time prompt.  We have changed the format of the system date to dd-MMM-yyyy and would like to enter the date into prompts in the same format.  There should be an option to change the date format that is being entered when setting up the prompt on OTBI.
