Reporting historic data for UDFs.

Use Case and Business Need

I  am hoping you might be able to help me with an OBI query – I am trying to create a report on Requisition Grades that have been advertised however the fields do not seem to be pulling the information I require. 

I have tried the selections: 
Recruiting – Requisition administration – Requisition Compensation – Job Grade 
Recruiting – Flex fields - Requisition Compensation 
Recruiting – Requisition flex fields 

When I pull the attached from Requisition flex fields it seems the data is not historically correct. 

Can you please provide any guidance on how historical data can be reported on in Taleo. 

I have raised this based on recommendation from SR 3-15737299351 : Issue with Requisition flex fields

    I have been advised by Oracle that some of the OBI fields are able to do historical lookup ( submission CSW Status - Historical) but the majority of fields show current information only - this means when we update the Grading structure then the  new content of the updated fields is transposed over the historical data  , It would be extremely useful to know how I can report on UDFS with historically accurate information and if the functionality is not currently available I would like to see it in a future release.
