I am sure you are already aware of this, but in Taleo OBIEE, there is:

Recruiting > Candidate > Candidate General Profile > Profile Education History

Under this folder, there are a lot of fields related to education (all starting with "Profile Education...."). I was thinking, thatif you are using these pieces, you could use the "Profile Education Graduation Date" field, use SQL to write up a scenario where if this field is NULL, then = No. If it is populated, then you could have it = Yes. May not be exactly what you are looking for, but its a start $:\$
