Having an events history in OBI
Use Case and Business Need
Hello,
Currently, when we notice that some reports have disappeared, it's sometimes hard to find them.
It would be useful to have a history tab which would trace/draw all the events happened on the folders and reports in OBI.
For example, thanks to this history tab, users would be able to see that the report XXX has been moved from one folder to another or deleted on DD/MM/YYYY by the user AAA.
This would be useful in case of issues concerning users' reports' loss.
In some cases, we would have the evidence that the lost report has been deleted by the user himself.
So this would prevent them from always blaming the system.
