Hi Victoria,

We add a banner to our test environments to (1) differentiate them from production and (2) to denote the purpose of the pod. We have two non-production pods. One is used for upgrade and patch testing and the other for payroll, e.g., year end testing, production support.

I've attached a copy of the OneNote I developed with the steps to add the banner.

thank you so much it is very useful information, now I posted banners on all environments so will not confuse them. I have another challenge and may be it is only leak of knowledge and you can help me with it. Every month we are running hierarchy maintenance and it would be good to post message to the users that environment is not available since there is no way to block users from entering the environment. Please let me know if there is such option for company wide message posting. thanks

Value sets questions. Is there any reason to have two separate value sets for locations and inter company if they are identical and there is no restrictions for trading partners? can system populate locations and inter company locations by using only one values set?
