Would like to be able to create an agent to send to users based on user type.

Use Case and Business Need

An agent is created that needs to go to all users that are hiring managers. It would be nice to be able to leverage the user type in SmartOrg to populate the recipients list versus having to enter in each email address separately and maintain this for hires, terms, and promotions.
