Option to Enable/Disable users from saving/making changes Seeded Reports
Use Case and Business Need
It would be great if we can have an option to Enable or Disable users from making changes to the seeded reports. When the user tries to save the Seeded Report it should enable him/her to do a 'Save As' to the 'Custom Folder' or 'My folders' and not override the actual seeded report.

This has been delivered in R13, in that all of Shared Reports, except for Custom is now read only to customers.
