ABILITY TO PASS PARAMETER VALUES IN CUSTOM ANALYSIS VIA PAGE CUSTOMIZATION

Description
Possibility to pass binding variable to an embeded custom OTBI report on page
Use Case and Business Need
There are several cases where custom/standard BI report needs to embedded in Fusion application page. While embedding the report parameters from the page needs to be passed to limit the data displayed. One of the example is we need to display additional details for requisition in new section added in View Requisition page. This is handled using a report, but due to this limitation we can not pass the parameter Requisition Number to the report.
Another example is to provide additional information on AP Invoice or AR Transaction page related to supplier or customer which was selected on that particular invoice.
In overall, we could show more meaningful and exact OTBI based insights in various places to improve business processes and productivity (no need to jump to other page and run separate report to get some additional data)
Refer to: https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/posts/26ccb62e5c
Currently we can Embed OTBI report in Financials but we cannot pass a parameter (in form of available binding variables on the page) as a result we cannot use dynamic embeded OTBI reports.

This would be a useful workaround to not being able to reference other fields on the page with Page Composer.
