OTBI Security from TOP to Down -If Negative on top can change access from Down as positive.
Currently if on the top level we are implementing the NO Access ( Negative) on the top which mean no access till down and we cannot allow the access in the down level.
There should be option if we are restricting on the top level and from the down some folder need to provide the access.
Use Case and Business Need
In Business case , We need to implement the NO ACCESS security on the top level for the groups but from the down level we need to provide access for some reports or folder.
If we are Implementing NO-ACESS from down to top it will take much time and maintenance is high.
