Need the ability to extract information from resumes uploaded without being pasted. Currently the only capability of resume data extraction is when the resume is pasted.
Use Case and Business Need
We need the resume data to evaluate talent profiles and understand skills from prior experiences. Additionally, understand the prior company helps certain sourcing strategies.
More details
Currently by not having this ability, it hamstrings some of our talent discussion to determine prior skills and history of our candidates.
