Limit Values By property which is available in Dashboard prompts should support the filtering of values when two fields from the same subject area are picked or at least the query manipulation option where in we can pass facts in the background should be provided.

Use Case and Business Need

As per our business need, we have a custom field in Opportunity header called "Business Unit' and a custom field called Product Family in Opportunity Revenue, in the dashboard prompt when a user selects a value in Business Unit then the values in Product Family should limit by Business unit. 

When we consider a report which queries select Product Family where Business Unit ='....' , we can see that there are no results returned until we add the facts. So the same behavior is observed in case of a prompt.

In case of a report, facts can be added whereas for a prompt this should not be the expected behavior as neither can we add facts and hide in it nor can we send some manipulated query.
