Description

In "Receivables - Customer Real Time" subject area there are two valuable fields which helps us with the classification AR Debt collection strategy, these are...

"Receivables - Customer Real Time"."Profile Class"."Account Profile Class"
"Receivables - Customer Real Time"."Site Profile Class"."Site Profile Class"

However, both of these fields are not available in any other Receivables OTBI subject areas; can these 2 fields be made available in all Receivables OTBI subject area especially "Receivables - Payment Schedules Real Time" subject area?

Thank you.

Use Case and Business Need

We need to break down the "Receivables - Payment Schedules Real Time"."Payment Schedules"."Accounted Amount Due Remaining" by Account Profile Class which is our debt collection strategy.

More details

I have raised a separate Customer Connect Forum post dated 4th September 2019 asking for help to produce a report using "Receivables - Payment Schedules Real Time" subject area as a based data but include Account Profile Class and Site Profile Class from "Receivables - Customer Real Time" subject area; but at time of writing this post there is no response.

I thought if these 2 fields were available directly in  "Receivables - Payment Schedules Real Time" subject area it would makes the analytic run quicker than the Left Join query.

    Hi,

    I second this Paul.

How on earth can you have a receivables Subject area without these??? Profile class and collector are the main way of slicing and dicing Customers and Debt, Revenue and collections. Seems like a no brainer..
