BICC (BI Cloud Connector) is the only tool that can extract data from Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP with incremental refresh capabilities. It will be really great if Oracle can provide the ability for the user to create custom datastores with a query pertaining to their business needs.

Use Case and Business Need

The limitation with the current BI Publisher reports is that it doesn't provide an option to create the extracts with incremental refresh capability.

BICC (BI Cloud Connector) is the only tool that can extract data from Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP with incremental refresh capabilities. The ability for the user to create custom datastores with a query pertaining to their business needs will be greatly helpful for analyzing the data realtime and create custom visualizations over them.

BICC extracts data to flat files, which you can upload to Oracle Analytic Cloud Service for analysis.  Once data is extracted to a data store, it is technically no longer 'real time'.  Can you say more about the 'business needs' for your use case?  What kinds of business analyses are you planning? How real time does the data need to be? who will use the data store?  how do you anticipate the data stores will grow in both the types of data and data volume?

We would want to add a custom query as a PVO, so that I can schedule it with incremental refresh.
