The requirement here is to have the ability to accurately report on a User Account's last login date and timestamp.

The FND_SESSIONS table it is not designed for login audit purposes and, although the information in this table is relevant, it is not accurate.

To accurately report on user activity and access within HCM Cloud

    On top of that, once you got in, you can create a variety of your own reports.
