In the age of data privacy, my current client has requested that all reports display a privacy statement in accordance with IT data protection standards. This and other features such as a logo would be great to be able to add and apply globally when associates are using the system. It also ensures consistency.

Currently within OTBI it is not possible to add a global custom footer or header to all reports: delivered, custom, or adhoc.

Use Case and Business Need

The privacy statement in reporting provides a level of legal protection for Marriott given how many third parties are involved in day to day operations. The ability to control the format in which data is being extracted from the system is a big deal to a company of this size and nature.
