We have a requirement to Build a Custom OTBI analysis using Payables Invoices - Transactions Real Time SA.

We are required to show Invoice approval Info.For this we need to capture Approver Comments Column which is currently not present in Payables Invoices - Transactions Real Time Subject Area.

Use Case and Business Need

Business needs OTBI report to show Comments which are provided by Approver once they approve/reject the Invoice.

We have the same requirements from our internal auditor.

Our company has a similar business requirement - need the additional comments to be pulled into the OTBI report for visibility on approvals/rejections. This will provide users reviewing the invoices (upper management) that may not be directly involved with the approval workflow to review the invoices and approvals/rejects. This would bring in the historical information without having to drill into each individual invoice.
