Use Case and Business Need

Some reports from external training providers are based on the email address of the employee as the unique identifier, making it difficult to look for the employee if email address is changed.

We would like the feature as well so that we can track when changes were made and can see what a person email address was before the change was made. With other systems we are able to see the audit trail of the changes made.
