Making Work Tax Address ID from Assignment Record Available in OTBI

Description
We can get most fields from the assignment record in the OTBI workforce management subject areas. However the Work Tax address is not available in OTBI.
Use Case and Business Need
Any reports that need this field need to be made in BI Publisher which is not always ideal for business users.
More details
In general, Oracle has pushed HCM extracts and OTBI over BI Publisher, but many times we will go the OTBI route only to find key fields are missing in the subject area.
