Customer reasonably expects output consistency between PDF and PPT output when images are embedded within a BI Publisher RTF layout template.
Use Case and Business Need
Support workaround was provided for current use case, but image size and/or complexity would easily make this unworkable. Currently BI Publisher PDF output works with RTF layout templates that embed an image, but with PPT output the image is removed.
