We would like to bring only latest updated Potential , Risk Of Loss and Impact Of Loss records for an Employee in OTBI analysis. We are using Workforce Profiles- Person Profile Real Time, which is resulting all the Potential, ROL and IOL ratings given to employees at any point of time.
MAX operation on Last Update Date field from All content Content folder is not working as expected. Oracle Support has also confirmed this.
Use Case and Business Need
At Skanska we work actively to promote our organization to use Talent review and Succession planning - but we need supporting reports that can be used to make sure that all employees are calibrated accordingly.
