Hi Team,
There are many business requirement based on grouping where Evaluate is the only db function to achieve them. Because of many limitation we are bound to use BI Publisher report. Request you to kindly enable Evaluate db functions in OTBI Analysis.

Use Case and Business Need
Using Listaggr function and many other function in evaluate is not possible.
Eg: If a column has multiple LOV with multi-select then we get the output in different row and many customers wants the output for a user in a single row.
