Ability to manipulate Workflow status through an API

Description

We currently observe that there is no API that allows the manipulation of Workflow status for the modules. Currently the system only allows you to obtain a Workflow status through consultation, but it does not allow you to create a custom one through an external service that changes the approval status of the document.
