try implement/call the webservice End Point - https://<<your host name>>/analytics-ws/saw.dll?SoapImpl=ibotService
Below screen shot shows all Service End Points in the https://<<your host name>>/analytics-ws/saw.dll/wsdl/v12
and also all the SOAP requests - we can make in IBotService.
Note: All SOAP requests - need a sessionID. so any of these below Service End Point implements should precede by
SAWSessionService - Logon (soap request) to get the SessionID

Echo the comments above that this is a needed feature. End users receive reports via Agents for which we have no idea who created the original Agent years ago. It would be helpful to have a report to tell us who the Agent owners are instead of having to log SRs.
