Hi,

Below mentioned two reports which are available in R12. And subsequently the seeded fusion reports are not giving these details.

Unsuccessful Login Audit Report-

1. Report cannot be run for set period and no time stamp
2. Cannot track unsuccessful login attempts User activity
3. No audit trail in report examples
4. Unable to check security of application and who has unsuccessfully attempted to sign on to Oracle
5. Timeliness of reporting

Sign-on Responsibilities Audit Report:-

1. Report cannot be run for a set period and no time stamp
2. No audit trail in report examples
3. No ability to track what our users are doing and when they do it
4. Dates and times when each User selected and exited the responsibility are not available

Could you please help us how to achieve these fields in a fusion seeded report or using BI-publisher tool and create a custom report? Also guide us in a given business scenario how these security audit requirements are addressed.
