Enable Flag Field is missing in all the Chart of Accounts folders in General Ledger related Subject Area.

Use Case and Business Need

Enable Flag field in all eight Chart of Account segment folders will help in determining if the values are enabled or not. For Eg: Balancing Segment values xxx for a particular Ledger Name is enabled or not (Y/N). Enable Key Flexfield Column is at Account code combination level but not for individual segment values.Currently this functionality is not possible in OTBI to get all segment values with respective ledgers. The only way is to create a BI publisher report.

We have so many "segment" reports that we have to build in publisher simply to see enable/disable and active dates. Great idea!

I am not sure but the subject area by default shows only enabled segments (?) .. having enabled flag field and showing all the records would be indeed useful and will give more flexibility to us.
