Allow for User to adjust parameters for scheduled Analysis

Description

When an OTBI Analysis is scheduled by an end-user or admin (BI Administrator) the scheduled Analysis will run "wide-open" with no prompt for inputs from the end-user. Even when inputs are required when you "Open" and run the Analysis, the report will run wide-open for all values. Allow for a user to specify what parameters are to be passed through to the OTBI Analysis before the scheduling is created would allow for more accurate reporting.

Use Case and Business Need

Users in our organization have different permissions some limited to a single Business Unit, and some power users to many business units. Depending on levels of access (procurement, purchasing, invoicing etc.) a user's access will define what they can see within an Analysis. A power user running an OTBI Analysis that is scheduled will receive all business units as a result. Because these reports are then shared to multiple users within specific business units, if the report is scheduled it then needs to be opened and filtered for each of those use cases. If a user could provide the values for the original "prompt" as part of the scheduling process they could schedule one report per corresponding use case and receive the correct result every time.
