Ability to customize email notification for assignee/creator when a change order is completed/reject

Description
The creator/assignee receives an email notification , when:
- change order is rejected by an approver
- change order is completed.
We wanted to customize these email notifications. We were not able to find any template for the same in the OTBI.
But presently, only Change Order Approval notification Template has customization facility.
Availability and customization of email notification templates for Completed or rejected notification for assignee/creator is yet to be implemented in the OTBI.
