Digital Signatures to be available in all Pages of output when implemented using Oracle BI Publisher

Description
As of now, implementing Digital Signature (DSC) using Oracle BI Publisher have limitations.
1) More than one DSC can be used
2) Report Output will print DSC in First Page only
We should enhance this feature to accommodate more than on DSC and also DSC should appear in all pages of Report Output.
Use Case and Business Need
Digital Signature is widely used in all business by all business professionals. DSC is required in all documents like AR Invoices, AR Receipts, PO and many other documents. Requirement is to attach the DSC directly to Report output.
DSC in first page only is not accepted by many business and hence it should available in all pages.
