Hide report boarders for BIP reports on dashboards

Description (Required):

The dashboard currently shows the entire screen (oracle top and side navigation areas) within the table and not just the graph that is desired to be displayed within the frame when BIP reports are included which makes it not visually presentable unlike OTBI analysis.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Business requires a dashboard for the reports they run frequently.
