How to set Date Format for Dashboard Prompt Globally for all users who have access to the Analysis. My Account->Preferences in OTBI allows only B2B Individul User to set date format, whereas Self-Service Users who have the OTBI Analysis access using IFrame in DCS Application will not be able to come to B2B and set their date preferences.
Use Case and Business Need (Required):
JCI has the Requirement where All Users(B2B and Self Service Users) should be able to see the Dashboard Date Prompt in "DD/MM/YY" format instead of "MM/DD/YY". Need a solution to set the date format for dashboard prompt globally for all users.
