I recently had assistance from Oracle on an SR as when I was building an Analysis report in OBIA using the 'Enterprise Contracts - Contracts Real Time' Subject Area - when I view the results for some of the Deliverables I am seeing a Deliverable Status of both Open and Inactive for the same Deliverable against an Active Contract.

This is the ER request information that Oracle provided me to lodge;

Our original issue was identified as Enhancement and it is suggested that when you create the OTBI query, both deliverable definition and instance statuses are coming. So that's why you are seeing both open and Inactive statuses. To correct this we have to filter the data using manage_yn or business_document_version of deliverables but these two attributes are not exposed in OTBI layer.
