OTBI Dashboard Prompt case sensitive

Currently The OTBI Dashboard Prompt is case sensitive. We need some feature to make the prompt incase sensitive so that user should be able to type in and search irrespective of Case.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

JCI Business Need:- User should be able to type in and search in Prompt filter and search should give the expected result irrespective of what case letter the user has typed in.

Hi team,

We have the same requirement as the supplier names are having mixed upper case and lower case.

The suppliers worldwide register their company name differently.

Thus, to be able to cope with the upper case / lower case when doing search in a report is very important.

Same requirement here, we need to populate in the prompt 'contains any' for both UPPER and lower case.
