User System Usage Subject Area For All Cloud Modules

Description (Required):

We are looking for a way to report on user usage in the cloud system for SCM modules specifically. We are aware of the User System Usage subject area that has everything we would want to report on, but was informed it can only be used the Sales module.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

We are facing issues of being over user licensing for our SCM modules, but we dont have a way to pull a user system usage report to determine how often they log into the cloud, how long are they logged into the cloud and doing work, etc. This makes determining who needs a lisence and who doesn't very difficult.
