Description (Required):
Currently Encryption of reports generated through OTBI or BIP or OAC is NOT supported by Oracle (OR) there is no out of the box feature to encrypt AS IS.
Use Case and Business Need (Required):
As such, because of lack of a feature to encrypt which is a miss by Oracle - scheduling and emailing of unencrypted reports poses a huge security risk if the generated reports contain PII data.
