Allow Collaboration team members to view data in OTBI for Supplier Negotiations

Description (Required):

Negotiation data security in OTBI is governed purely by procurement agent setup. This ignores members of the collaboration team who may not require to be set up as procurement agents. In these cases, they can view, or sometimes edit, the negotiations but cannot see ay data inn OTBI reports.

A separate data security policy which also includes collaboration team members would be useful and only allow them access to data where they are a member of the team on a specific negotiation.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

As Negotiations have two layers of security (Proc agent and Collab team) there is a strong use case for not setting everyone up as a procurement agent in order to take part in a RFQ.

Just setting them up in the collaboration team is sufficient for them to help with the RFQ process where necessary. This gives them either full or read-only access in the UI for specific negotiations.

This UI data access does not translate to OTBI though and being only a member of collaboration team does not grant any data access permission on negotiation reports or subject area for those negotiations.
