Description (Required):
When you pull the description field for Supplier - Profile Change Request Real Time it will only show description for requests made by the supplier. It does not show a description for any request made Internally for a change.
Use Case and Business Need (Required):
Audit has requested that we track the description of any change request coming both internally and from the supplier. This information only is available for the supplier. To ensure compliance it should pull description from both sources.
