BIP Report ran with default output as "Interactive" is having lag in displaying "Processing" before it can display the output results.
Use Case and Business Need (Required):
BIP Report ran with default output as "Interactive" is having lag in displaying "Processing" before it can display the output results.. This is causing confusion for the users if the BIP is stuck or is it processing or does it need to be re-run. Prior to Patch 22B it was working fine, post 22B patch it is not working as expected for BIP reports with default output as "Interactive" there is a log in displaying the message "Processing"
