BI privilege setups getting reset after pod refreshes or patching

Description (Required):

We have setup custom security in BI Privileges screen.

For example, in 'Home and Header' category -> 'Access Catalog UI' we have restricted the usage for only certain custom HCM security roles. Each time when a patch is applied or a P2T refresh takes place, these setups are lost and we are having to do reset them manually.

Is there a way we can restrict this from getting wiped off during patches or P2Ts? Or we at least need a way to easily export/import to restore them.

I found some existing Oracle community thread for a similar requirement with no responses and also raised a new thread a week ago and did not get any responses.

We have at least 1 or 2 P2Ts each month on an average and we have quarterly patches, maintenance packs etc frequently and we end up spending lot of time in setting these privileges.
