Connecting to Microsoft Azure Storage SFTP from Oracle BI Publisher

I am getting below error while trying to create new SFTP connection to connect to MS Azure Storage SFTP from Oracle fusion BI publisher administration.

Error: Could not establish connection. oracle.xdo.delivery.ssh2.SshException: Timeout waiting for response from server.

I am able to connect to this server from WinSCP with no issues.

FYI, Created SR# 3-29253091671 (is closed now) and 3-29999166351 in the past for issue related to Microsoft Azure SFTP and Oracle fusion BI Publisher connectivity.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

 Export the Oracle data directly to SFTP in Azure and bypass MFT.

were you able to solve it?

I'm getting the same error and I've been told the PK algorithm (ssh-rsa) is not supported by azure storage sftp.

It seems azure sftp supports ssh-rsa for public key but not for the host key (which is I guess what is required).

I am also facing the same issue, I can not connect to an Azure SFTP server. I will have to use an external FTP transfer tool instead because of this limitation.

Please help us on having Azure SFTP servers supported from BI, as the lack of this functionality is causing some issues when building integrations for vendors using it.
