Adding Trading Partner Item columns to an OTBI Subject Area limits the records to Master Org

When adding Trading Partner Item Details columns to an OTBI Report, it limits the records to Master Org. We would like to be able to have the TP related fields show for all the Child Organizations of the item as well.
As we checked nqquery, we observed that the Master Organization Id is used to join the EGP SYSTEM ITEMS B V and EGP ITEM RELATIONSHIPS B V tables in the outer query where clause (here, the Master Organization id is taken from the V228609011 inline query in which the EGP ITEM RELATIONSHIPS B V and EGP TRADING PARTNER ITEMS tables are joined). As a result, it allows only the Master organization items to be displayed along with their TP Numbers. (More information can be found in the SR listed below.)

Need an OTBI report (Instead of BIP) to track information about the trading partners of the Master and Child Organizations.
