Require Formatted excel for BIP report

OTBI report provides formatted excel output, need same in BIP reports

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

The date in OTBI excel output can be filtered based on month after extracting the report in excel but when the similar report is created by BIP then filtering cannot be done based on months.
