Need PVO extract in BICC regarding FND_KF_CROSS_VAL_RULES datas

ADEO (Leroy Merlin) needs to have PVO extract in BICC regarding FND_KF_CROSS_VAL_RULES datas in order to use this cross validation rules in upstream systems. It will avoid to create wrong combinations values in upstream systems and thus it will avoid cross validation rule issues during Payables Invoices Import, GL Journals Import or Receivables Transactions Imports.
