Description (Required):We are using talent management module where we are storing workload data of an employee year wise. We require this data for last two years not for current year (i.e in 2023 form data is required of 2022 and 2021 only
Use Case and Business Need (Required): In performance documents need to restrict talent mgmt data to last two years
